SUMICERAM®-P is a heat resistant paint, and it forms high chemical resistant and water resistant coating.

Features of Product

  • Formation of high heat, chemical, water and abrasion resistant coating
  • It cures at low temperature (200-300°C).
  • The bonded layer after curing becomes ceramic-like and it excels in hardness.
  • It bonds strongly almost all types of inorganic materials such as ceramics, glass and metals.

Precaution

  • Please use quickly after mixing.
  • Please wear proper protective equipment such as goggles and glove.
  • Thoroughly degrease the surface of material such as the method of burning and alkaline degreasing.

Storage condition

Please store in the cool and dark place and use within shelf life.

Attention

  • Less flexibility and it does not use for the purpose of  flexibility and impact resistance (except a part of products).
  • No airtight.
  • Cannot apply to the resin materials
