IBIT® -For acid pickling-

Pickling-use IBIT® prevents corrosion of steel. This product is added to inorganic acid such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid for acid pickling to remove scales formed on the surface of steel during heat treatment.

ACCERATE® (a de-scaling accelerator) shortens the time required for de-scaling. This product is used jointly with IBIT®.

  • IBIT® demonstrates an excellent corrosion inhibitive performance, especially in inhibiting inter-granular corrosion.
  • After pickling, steel plate turns into white in color tone and its surface become smooth.
  • IBIT® shows highly satisfactory anti-corrosion capability on variety kinds of steel such as low carbon steel and high-tensile steel.

De-scaling agent “ACCERATE®

  • When used jointly with IBIT® de-scaling time is shortened with no adverse effect on corrosion inhibitive effect.
